Contemporary/Progressive Style Vent Hoods
Modern dwellings that feature sleek contemporary architecture and
gourmet kitchens (often with commercial components) are some of the types of homes
which utilize our progressive style custom vent hoods. These clients are looking for something
unique, colorful and distinctive.
Glenn’s machining background from Southern
California’s Aerospace industry provides him with a unique perspective. Projects in that field included components from
both the Boeing 747 & 737 programs, as well as work on the Tomahawk cruise
missile program. This past, combined with his passion for sculpture provides
the perfect blend of vision for efficient yet visually stimulating sculptured
range hoods. Examples of progressive vent hoods can be found in different
metals... Aluminum, Bronze, Titanium and Zinc. Each and every vent hood is a
custom creation, and Glenn has always enjoyed the challenges associated with the
subtle blending of materials, such as the welding of Copper to Stainless Steel,
providing a unique contrast of colors.
